How print-on-demand works
Once we launch, each eligible print edition will be produced after the reader places a paid order. Lulu's printing network will handle manufacturing and shipment to the customer's address.
What happens at checkout?
Before payment, the store must obtain a real quote for the selected edition, quantity, shipping destination, shipping speed and any applicable taxes. Only confirmed orders should be passed to Lulu.
How long will delivery take?
Production and transit times vary by book specifications, destination, printing capacity, and shipping method. We will display the currently available estimated timelines when the integration is live; no arrival dates can be guaranteed by this demo.
What about refunds and damaged books?
The final return and refund policy will be published before launch, taking account of print-on-demand production, consumer protection requirements, and policies for printing defects or shipping damage. No customer-facing return terms are finalized yet.
Where will Lulu ship?
Available destinations and shipping methods must be confirmed using Lulu's live shipping quotes for each address. The demonstration country choices are not shipping promises.
